14-Day Easy Return Policy

Unboxing Video Requirement:Β For all returns, please record a video while unboxing the parcel. This helps us verify the condition of the items being returned.

Shipping Charges:Β Shipping charges (both initial and return shipping costs) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Non-Returnable Items :Β Items such as personalized or customized jewelry may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Processing Time:Β Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after receiving the returned item(s), provided they meet our return policy conditions.

Lifetime Buy-Back

  • If you choose to return the product for buy-back, the buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 15 business days of receipt of the product.
  • Original Invoice and certificate must be produced for exchange / buyback.
  • Exchange & Buyback is not applicable on Polki, Pearl & Colored Stones.
  • In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the metal/ stone value, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the current market price on the date of buy back/exchange and then buy back/exchange value will be calculated.
  • The return shipping shall be borne by the customer.
