14-Day Easy Return Policy

At Fiery Flair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item(s), you may return them within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Unboxing Video Requirement: For all returns, please record a video while unboxing the parcel. This helps us verify the condition of the items being returned.

Return Process: After receiving your request and the unboxing video, our team will assess the condition of the item(s). If eligible, we will proceed with the return. Returns are only accepted if the items are in their original condition and meet our return policy guidelines.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges(Rs.300) (both initial and return shipping costs) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Non-Returnable Items : Items such as personalized or customized jewelry may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after receiving the returned item(s), provided they meet our return policy conditions.

Exchange Process : Once we receive your request and the unboxing video, our team will assess the item(s). If eligible, we will proceed with the exchange process promptly. If you prefer a refund, it will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase.
