DELIVERY METHOD

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we only use reputed courier services such as DHL, DTDC and Blue Dart. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your items our shipped. Deliveries will only occur between Monday-Friday. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays.

PAYMENT METHOD

You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards or by UPI using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR at the time of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

WE WANT YOU TO BE DELIGHTED WITH YOUR ORDER.

  • We offer you to exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.
  • For prepaid orders, a refund is done to the original payment mode. For COD orders, a refund is done via UPI, Gpay, Phone pe, Paytm or the client's bank account.
  • Items that have been CUSTOMISED as per your requirement are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • It is mandatory that all packaging material be returned along with products i.e. box, individual cloth bags, sealing pouches, free gift, etc. Once the product reaches our warehouse,
  • quality check is done and refund is processed within 48 hours.
  • We will issue full refund once the package is checked.
  • In case of damaged or missing parts products please inform us with a picture for the same at hello@fieryflair.com

PROCEDURE

  • Our representatives will guide you on how to ship the items back to us.
  • We will arrange a return pick-up and for areas where return pickup is not possible buyer can return us using India Post and we will reimburse the shipping cost.
  • Please do not ship any item to our offices without corresponding with our representatives.
  • All exchanges must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice.
  • All items must be shipped back to FIERY FLAIR's original packaging.
  • FIERY FLAIR will not be responsible for lost or damaged items, while shipping them back to us.
